Mill Lane Studio – Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a workshop! To keep classes running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please read the following:
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Non-Refundable: All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling & Transfers: If you need to change your booking, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, a transfer to another class date may be offered, subject to availability.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class cannot be refunded or transferred. As this is a small studio with limited seating, late cancellations prevent the space from being offered to another participant.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend the class and have not contacted us beforehand, your booking will be forfeited.
• Host Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by the studio, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
